Common use of Tax Benefit Clause in Contracts

Tax Benefit. Solely for purposes of this Schedule and its Equipment, it is the intention of the parties that Lessor shall not be entitled to such deductions, credits and other tax benefits as are provided by federal, state, and local income tax law to an owner of the Equipment and Section 10 of the Master Lease is deleted. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THE MASTER LEASE OR THIS SCHEDULE, LESSXX XXXES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE TAX OR ACCOUNTING TREATMENT OR CONSEQUENCES OF THIS SCHEDULE OR THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREBY.
