TASK PRODUCTS. Draft Survey Evaluation Report – The draft report should summarize and analyze the findings of the 2009 survey in relation to both the 2003 and 2005 surveys and based on this analysis identify the effectiveness of the public and business outreach campaign. The report should also provide strategic direction for future program efforts by identifying target audiences and messages that should be incorporated in the program. Final Survey Report - The final report should incorporate final revisions to reflect comments received on the Draft Report and provide a cover letter briefly explaining the major changes that were not incorporated.
