Common use of Task Billing Clause in Contracts

Task Billing. You will be billed for each Task (whether successful or not) initiated by your Users; however, you have the option to be prebilled for a set number of Tasks for use over a rolling twelve-month period during the Term. If you exceed or based on your usage it appears that you will exceed the number of daily Tasks purchased in an Order, then you may purchase additional Tasks for the remainder of the then-current Term at the effective rate per Task specified an applicable Order by signing a new Order Form for the additional Tasks.
