Target Benefit Amount. For the purposes of this Agreement, the “Target Benefit Amount” shall be an amount equal to sixty percent (60%) of the average of Executive’s three (3) highest years of Base Salary (as of the date of Separation From Service or Disability). For illustrative purposes only, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as “Exhibit A” is an illustration of Executive’s projected salary and potential benefit under this Agreement. This illustration is in no way a guarantee of benefits, salary or benefit amounts, but rather is intended to provide a framework for understanding potential benefits provided hereunder. Furthermore, this illustration in Exhibit A is based on certain assumptions which may or may not be accurate at the time a benefit is due or vests.

Target Benefit Amount. For the purposes of this Agreement, the “Target Benefit Amount” shall be an amount equal to the lesser of the following: sixty percent (60%) of the average of Executive’s three highest years of Base Salary or One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-Four Dollars ($175,244).
Target Benefit Amount. The “Target Benefit Amount” shall be an annual amount equal to One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000).

  • Benefit Level The primary care clinics available through each plan administrator are assigned a Benefit Level. The Benefit Levels are outlined in the benefit chart below. Primary care clinics may be in different Benefit Levels for different plan administrators. Family members may be enrolled in clinics that are in different Benefits Levels. Employees and their dependents may change to clinics in different Benefit Levels during the annual open enrollment. Employees and their dependents may also elect to move to a clinic in a different Benefit Level within the same plan administrator up to two (2) additional times during the plan year. Unless the individual has a referral from his/her primary care clinic, there are no benefits for services received from providers in Benefit Levels that are different from that of the primary care clinic in which the individual has enrolled.

  • Contribution Allocation The Advisory Committee will allocate deferral contributions, matching contributions, qualified nonelective contributions and nonelective contributions in accordance with Section 14.06 and the elections under this Adoption Agreement Section 3.04.

  • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time. This means:

  • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.

  • Economic Benefit The Administrator shall annually determine the economic benefit attributable to the Executive based on the life insurance premium factor for the Executive’s age multiplied by the aggregate death benefit payable to the Executive’s beneficiary. The “life insurance premium factor” is the minimum factor applicable under guidance published pursuant to Treasury Reg. section 1.61-22(d)(3)(ii) or any subsequent authority.

  • Defined Benefit Pension Plans The Borrower will not adopt, create, assume or become a party to any defined benefit pension plan, unless disclosed to the Lender pursuant to Section 5.10.

  • Amount of Employer Contribution The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2017 will continue through December 31, 2017.
