Tapes and Records. All magnetic tapes, Entries, security procedures and related records used by the Bank for transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be and remain the Bank’s property. The Bank may, at its sole discretion, make available such information upon Customer's request. Any expenses incurred by the Bank in making such information available to Customer shall be paid by Customer.
Tapes and Records. All magnetic tapes, Entries, security procedures and related records used by the Financial Institution for transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be and remain the Financial Institution’s property. The Financial Institution may, at its sole discretion, make available such information upon the Company’s request. Any expenses incurred by the Financial Institution in making such information available to the Company shall be paid by the Company.
Tapes and Records. All specifications, tapes, electronic data or media, records, programs, and disks generated and/or used by the Bank under this Agreement are the Bank’s sole property unless otherwise provided herein. The Bank may, in its sole discretion, make available such information upon the Company’s request. Any expenses incurred by the Bank in making any such information available to the Company shall be paid by the Company. All data, reports, items, or other materials which the Company is required to furnish or perform, including computer tapes or data, will conform to the Bank’s computer and other specifications unless waived in writing by the Bank. The Bank is authorized, but not required, to record electronically telephone and other conversations or communications between the Bank and the Company’s Authorized Persons.
Tapes and Records. All media, Entries, Security Procedures, and related records used by us for transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be and remain our property. We may, at our sole discretion, make available such information upon your request. Any expenses incurred by us in making such information available to you are your responsibility and may be debited from your Account(s).

Tapes and Records. All magnetic tapes, Entries, security procedures and related records used by WACHOVIA for transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be and remain WACHOVIA’s property. WACHOVIA shall make available such information upon BARCLAYS request within three (3) business days.

All magnetic tapes, Entries, Security Procedures and related records used by the Credit Union for transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be and remain the Credit Union’s property. The Credit Union may, at its sole discretion, make available such information upon Member’s request. Any expenses incurred by the Credit Union in making such information available to Member shall be paid by Member.
