Common use of Take Effect Clause in Contracts

Take Effect. 1. This contract is written in Chinese, with each party holding one original copy. If both sides sign the English version at the same time, then the Chinese version shall prevail. 2. The contract is signed with an affixed seal by authorized representatives of both sides, and it will come into effect upon Party A actually receiving the e▇▇▇▇▇▇ money (full amount) stipulated in the contract.
