Tagged Domain Names. Labels may only include hyphens in the third and fourth position if they represent valid internationalized domain names in their ASCII encoding (for example "xn--ndk061n").
Tagged Domain Names. All DNS labels with hyphens in the third and fourth character positions (e.g., "bq---‐---‐1k2n4h4b”), with the exception of DNS labels that represent valid IDNs in their ASCII encoding (e.g., “xn---‐---‐ndk061n”). The Parties further agree to the following modification to Appendix S of the Agreement:
