TABLE AND CHAIRS. No refund will be given for electrical service ordered and not used. All Electrical wiring, cords and equipment must comply with National Electrical Code Safety Rules. All tables must be covered in good taste and to the floor on all visible sides, with flame retardant material. Tables, chairs and all parts of booth display and product must remain within your allotted booth space. EVENT HOURS: Exhibitor should be ready for Event to open 30 minutes prior to advertised time. Exhibitor is to have someone in booth during all hours the event is open.

TABLE AND CHAIRS. If requested, each vendor will be provided with one rectangular table and one chair. Each vendor may also bring their own item displays, as long as they fit into the prescribed areas of 8’x10’. If you feel you need more space, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate you, for a nominal fee. If for any reason you are in need of electricity, please let us know that also. Vendor set-up / take-down: Set up time will be Friday December 5, from noon-7pm, and take down time will be Saturday from 3-5 pm. Bring your confirmation e-mail with you when you set up on Friday and there will be Committee members to guide you to your space. Please bring enough products to last through the entire day on Saturday. Late arrivals and early breakdowns are not allowed, as customers are expecting to shop during these hours. All vendors merchandise must be out of the Gym by 5 PM Saturday, so that the Committee may begin the clean-up process, and set up for a Parish event on Sunday. We cannot guarantee the safety and security of any merchandise Friday night and Saturday during the non-opening hours, but we will make every effort to secure the building. Also, please try to be at your table and ready to sell by 8:30 AM on Saturday.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both parties to this agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure.
