Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
PIR means Problem Identification Report.
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
pH means the logarithm of the reciprocal of the weight of hydrogen ions in grams per liter of solution.
Legionella means a genus of bacteria, some species of which have caused a type of pneumonia called Legionnaires Disease.
SERFF means the system for electronic rate and form filing. SERFF is a proprietary NAIC computer-based application that allows insurers and other entities to create and submit rate, rule and form filings electronically to the commissioner.
CFAF means the currency of the Borrower;
POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013;
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
Growler means any refillable, resealable container complying with federal law.
DARO means "days after the effective date for award of the contractual action".
SHCP means Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
PETE means polyethylene terephthalate, labeled by the SPI code #1.
MARO mean "months after the effective date for award of the contractual action (as shown in block 3, Section A, SF 26)".
WOj means the lowest performance (expressed as a percentage) among the Indices as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula: Mini = 1 to 2 Where:
Lacquer means a clear or opaque wood coating, including clear lacquer sanding sealers, formulated with cellulosic or synthetic resins to dry by evaporation without chemical reaction and to provide a solid, protective film.
Hunt means to pursue, shoot, wound, kill, chase, lure, possess, or capture or the act of a person possessing a weapon, as defined in 45-2-101, or using a dog or a bird of prey for the purpose of shooting, wounding, killing, possessing, or capturing wildlife protected by the laws of this state in any location that wildlife may inhabit, whether or not the wildlife is then or subsequently taken. Vintage means the calendar year, Reporting Year, or other calendar period specified by the Parties or the Certification Authority, as applicable, in which the Product is created or first valid for use under an Applicable Program.

Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
WADA means the World Anti-Doping Agency.
