T2 seed production Clause Samples

The 'T2 seed production' clause defines the terms and conditions under which second-generation (T2) seeds are produced, typically from the initial (T1) crop grown from supplied seeds. This clause may specify requirements for the handling, cultivation, and quality control of T2 seeds, as well as any restrictions on their use or distribution. Its core function is to ensure that the production of T2 seeds meets agreed standards and contractual obligations, thereby maintaining seed quality and protecting the interests of both the supplier and the grower.
