Common use of SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS. a) Rentcheck shall be responsible for maintaining all Rentcheck computer hardware, software and internal data networks. Member will be responsible for the availability and performance of any such leased lines and modems, in addition to Member's network systems. b) In the event that system changes are required, for either Rentcheck or Member, the parties will adopt testing procedures of any revised or updated process upon mutually agreeable terms.
