System for Other Gathering Sample Clauses
The 'System for Other Gathering' clause defines the rules and permissions for installing or using systems that collect resources or materials other than those primarily covered by the main agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of additional gathering systems allowed, such as water collection or alternative energy installations, and may specify approval processes or technical requirements. Its core function is to clarify the rights and limitations regarding supplementary resource-gathering systems, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring all parties understand what is permitted under the contract.
