Common use of System Acceptance Testing Clause in Contracts

System Acceptance Testing. This testing will be performed upon completion of the deployment of the System which includes end user terminal, Base Station and NCC for each System. This testing will demonstrate the overall performance of the System in terms of operating procedures, location capability, messaging capability, coverage, interrogation rate (capacity parameter) etc. The testing will be performed using specified number of Vehicle and Personal Location Units. Upon one month from the successful completion of System Acceptance Testing the System will be officially transferred to the responsibility of the Customer.
