Common use of System Acceptance Testing Clause in Contracts

System Acceptance Testing. If the results of the testing as laid down by the Testing Procedures indicates that the System meets all the requirements set and is capable of generating electrical energy [(**kWp)] for 5 continuous hours using such instruments and meters as have been installed for such purposes, then the SPD will send a written notice to Railways to that effect, and the date of successful conducting such tests and injection of Power at Delivery Point will be the “Commercial Operation Date.” The Railway Electrical Engineer will conduct the STPT- Short Term Performance Test which will be following the Testing Procedure.
