Common use of Sworn Statements Clause in Contracts

Sworn Statements. A sworn construction cost statement (the “Sworn Construction Cost Statement”) from Borrower in the form required by Lender, and a sworn statement from the General Contractor setting forth a description of all contracts executed by Borrower or by the General Contractor with respect to the Property, the names and addresses of the contractors, engineers and other parties under those contracts, the date of each such contract and of any supplements or amendments thereto, the nature and scope of the work covered thereby, and the aggregate amounts theretofore paid and thereafter to be paid to each contractor thereunder; and further stating whether said contracts include all of the work required to be done and all of the material necessary for completion of the Project in accordance with the Plans, and, if not, providing sufficient information to enable Lender to estimate the cost of any work or materials not so covered;
