Switching Fee. You pay no charge to switch your supply to us pursuant to this agreement because the Supplier shall pay any applicable initial switching fees as charged by the Utility.
Switching Fee. It is the Parties’ understanding that the BPU does not permit and the LDC does not assess switching fees. Should the BPU permit and the LDC indicate that it will charge a switching fee, Supplier will pay the switching fee on behalf of Program Participants. Vendor shall continue service at the same rate and under the same terms and conditions for any Participating Customer who relocates within Village prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. Moving within Village may cause the Participating Customer to be served for a brief period of time by ComEd.

Participating Customers changing residency within the Village shall not be assessed early termination or enrollment fees during the Initial Term if they continue to be enrolled as a Vendor Participating Customer. Vendor shall continue service at the same rate and under the same terms and conditions for any Participating Customer who relocates within the Village prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, provided that the Participating Customer notifies Vendor of his or her desire to do so in the manner required by the Terms of Service set forth in Attachment B. Moving within the Village may cause the Participating Customer to be served for a brief period of time by ComEd.
Switching Fee. WESTWAY agrees to store one to two molasses rail cars as additional storage at no charge, except that any switching fees to accommodate other rail traffic will be absorbed by CUSTOMER.
