Common use of Sustainability Requirements Clause in Contracts

Sustainability Requirements. 1.2.1 This Project shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of Am. Sub. H.B. 251 of the 126th General Assembly and the resulting rules, policy, and procedures adopted by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission establishing Sustainability Requirements for Capital Improvements Projects, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of OAC 123:▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇. 1.2.2 The Criteria A/E shall incorporate cost-effective, energy-efficient, green building practices to the maximum extent possible into the Project.
