Suspension Without Pay. 20.8.1 Where a Xxxx or other senior leadership team member has good and sufficient reason to believe that a suspension without pay is warranted, the Xxxx or other senior leadership team member shall notify the academic staff member in writing, with a copy to the Association, and schedule a time to discuss all circumstances pertinent to the matter with the academic staff member, together with a representative of the Association.
