Suspension Without Pay. (a) The Board may suspend teachers without pay (1) pending a dismissal hearing, or (2) as a disciplinary measure for misconduct by the teacher. Tenured teacher suspension without pay coupled with dismissal is reviewable only as provided under the School Code, and not through the grievance procedure outlined in this Agreement.
