Common use of SUSPENSION/TERMINATION PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

SUSPENSION/TERMINATION PROCEDURE. Regardless of basis, in the event of suspension or termination (in full or in part), the parties shall cooperate to ensure an orderly and efficient suspension or termination.
