Suspension Options and Implementation Procedure Sample Clauses

The "Suspension Options and Implementation Procedure" clause defines the rights and processes for temporarily halting the performance of contractual obligations. It typically outlines the circumstances under which a party may suspend work or services, the required notice period, and the steps both parties must follow during the suspension period. For example, it may allow a contractor to pause work if payments are delayed, or require the suspending party to provide written notice and a plan for resuming activities. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon method for managing interruptions, thereby reducing disputes and providing a structured approach to handling unforeseen issues.
