Suspension for breach. Without limiting any other rights or remedies HBDHB may have under this Agreement or otherwise at all, In the event of any breach of any term of this Agreement by the Supplier, HBDHB may direct the Supplier to suspend performance of all or any part of this Agreement. HBDHB may at any time, following any such suspension , direct the Supplier to resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement and the Supplier will promptly comply with that direction.
Suspension for breach. 24.1 In the event of serious and/or persistent failures to meet the requirements set out in the Specification or any other breach of this agreement, the Authority’s Authorised Representative may suspend with immediate effect the whole or any part of the Services in accordance with the procedure set out in Schedule 2 PROVIDED THAT such suspension may not last for longer than six calendar months. Suspension for breach. (a) If, in the reasonable opinion of the Principal, the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s Personnel fail to comply with any provision of the Contract, any reasonable and lawful direction of the Principal or any safety requirement, the Principal may suspend the Services or have any of the Contractor’s Personnel banned from performing the Services.

The duration of any suspension by Project Frisket will be until you have cured the breach which caused such suspension or limitation.
