Common use of Survivors Clause in Contracts

Survivors. 1. Medical An employee’s Dependents enrolled in any medical option on the date of the employee’s death shall be “Survivors” entitled to continue coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan document, provided that if the employee has less than ten (10) years of service (measured from Company Seniority date to separation date) the period of continued coverage shall be limited to three (3) months (exclusive of COBRA).
