Common use of Surviving Sections Clause in Contracts

Surviving Sections. The provisions of Sections 5.11, 5.12, 5.13, 7.5, 9.3, 9.4 and 9.5 and Articles 10, 12, 14, 15 and 16, and any other provisions necessary and proper to give effect to the intention of the Parties as to the effect of the Agreement after termination, shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Surviving Sections. The provisions of Sections 5.111, 5.125, 5.136, 7.59, 9.311, 9.4 12 and 9.5 and Articles 10, 12, 14, 15 and 16, 13 and any other provisions necessary and proper to give effect to the intention of the Parties as to the effect of the Agreement after termination, shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this Agreement for any reason.
