Common use of Surviving Rights Clause in Contracts

Surviving Rights. The rights and obligations of the parties set forth in this Section 12 and Section 4, Section 7, Section 8, Section 9, Section 10, Section 13, Section 14, and any right, obligation, or required performance of the parties in this License Agreement, which, by its express terms or nature and context is intended to survive termination or expiration of this License Agreement, will survive any such termination.

Surviving Rights.
