Common use of SURVIVING COVENANTS Clause in Contracts

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The parties agree that the covenants contained in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 12.2 and Section 13 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The parties agree that the covenants contained in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 12.2 and Section 13 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Additionally, all covenants conditions and obligations of this Agreement which by their sense and context survive the termination, cancellation or expiration of this Agreement will so survive.
