Common use of Survives Termination Clause in Contracts

Survives Termination. Vendor’s duties as set forth in this Section shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall apply to all acts or omissions taken or made in connection with Vendor’s, Vendor Contractor’s, or Vendor Personnel’s performance of this Agreement regardless of the date any potential claim is made or discovered by a Governmental Entity.

Survives Termination.
