Survive. Provisions of this Order which by their nature should apply beyond their terms will remain in force after any termination or expiration of this Order including, but not limited to, the following provisions: Warranty, Setoff and Payment Terms, Indemnification, Labor Indemnification and Insurance, Indemnification, Compliance with Laws, Confidential Information, Taxes and Prices, Applicable Laws, and Survival.
