All representations and warranties made by the parties hereto in this Agreement statements containing any certificate, instrument, or in any other agreement, certificate or instrument provided for or contemplated hereby, shall survive the execution and delivery hereof and any investigations made document delivered by or on behalf of any of the parties hereto pursuant to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be deemed representations, warranties, and covenants of the respective parties. The representations, warranties, and covenants of Mail Call and Xxxxxxx as contained in this Agreement shall survive the closing.

Survival of Representations and Warranties. All representations representations, warranties, and warranties agreements contained herein or made in writing by or on behalf of any of the parties hereto in this Agreement or in any other agreement, certificate or instrument provided for or connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, hereby shall survive the execution and delivery hereof and of this EXHIBIT 10.18 Agreement, any investigations investigation at any time made by or on behalf of any party, and the partiesclosing of the transaction contemplated hereby.
