SURVIVAL OF PROVISIONS & RIGHTS. 23.1 The terms and provisions of this Agreement that by their nature and content are intended to survive the performance hereof by any or all parties hereto shall so survive any termination of this Agreement. 23.2 All rights and remedies conferred under this Agreement or by law shall be cumulative and may be exercised singularly and concurrently.
