Survival of Limitations. All representations, warranties, indemnifications, and limitations of liability contained in this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement; any other obligations of the parties hereunder shall also survive, if they relate to the period before termination or if, by their terms, they would be expected to survive such termination.
Survival of Limitations. The provisions of this Article 16 shall survive Closing or any termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Limitations. The parties to this Agreement further agree that the waivers and disclaimers of liability, indemnities, releases from liability, and limitations on liability expressed in this Agreement for the benefit of each party shall (i) survive termination or expiration of this Agreement, (ii) apply whether in contract, equity, tort or otherwise, even in the event of the fault, negligence, including sole negligence, strict liability, or breach of the party indemnified, released or whose liabilities are limited, and (iii) extend to the Affiliates of such party and to the directors, officers, employees, consultants and agents of such party and its Affiliates.
