Common use of Survival of Certain Terms Clause in Contracts

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 1, 3.9, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of this Agreement, and all payment obligations incurred during the term of this Agreement, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. The provisions of Section 9 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for five (5) years. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The All definitions and the provisions of Sections 1, 3.9, 5, 2-6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 10 and 15 of this Agreement, and all payment obligations incurred during the term of this Agreement, 11 shall survive the termination or expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement; provided however, the terms of the Customer Agreements shall survive in accordance with their own terms.

All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

The provisions of Sections 16.3, 3.97, 5, 6, 8, 9, 9 and 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of this Agreement, and all payment obligations incurred during the term of this Agreement, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.
