Survey Tool. The EBS shall develop or utilize already existing tools and develop a program with measurable goals and objectives. The Department shall approve the process and survey tool prior to its use, and will work cooperatively with the plan and EBS in developing the client satisfaction survey process.

Survey Tool. Within 30 days of the appointment and DOJ approval of the ADA Architectural Expert, as set forth in Paragraph II.E. above, WHC shall submit a survey tool prepared by the ADA Architectural Expert on which to collect the information to be gathered during the architectural survey, as described in further detail in Paragraph III.C.2. below, to DOJ for approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The survey tool shall be designed to identify, in reasonable detail, elements that do not conform with the ADA Standards. DOJ shall approve or make recommendations for revisions to the survey tool within 15 days of receiving the survey tool. If DOJ recommends any revisions, WHC shall consider the proposed revisions and make appropriate changes in good faith. If the parties cannot agree on the survey tool, they shall follow the procedure set out in Paragraph VIII.D. below. 2.
Survey Tool. For the products (HMO, POS, PPO, EPO) reviewed under the Survey, Organization will license and input information into NCQA’s electronic version of the Standards and Guidelines (the “Survey Tool”). Organization acknowledges that at the discretion of NCQA, Organization may need to submit separate Survey Tools for different products being reviewed under the Survey. Organization will complete and submit the Survey Tool on the date mutually agreed upon by Organization and NCQA. The date of Organization’s submission of the Survey Tool to NCQA, including supporting documentation, will be considered the official commencement date of the Survey for all purposes under the Contract.

  • Survey Buyer may obtain a survey of the Property before the Closing to assure that there are no defects, encroachments, overlaps, boundary line or acreage disputes, or other such matters, that would be disclosed by a survey ("Survey Problems"). The cost of the survey shall be paid by the Buyer. Not later than business days prior to the Closing, Buyer shall notify Seller of any Survey Problems which shall be deemed to be a defect in the title to the Property. Seller shall be required to remedy such defects within business days and prior to the Closing. If Seller does not or cannot remedy any such defect(s), Buyer shall have the option of canceling this Agreement, in which case the Xxxxxxx Money shall be returned to Buyer.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Buyer’s failure to deliver to Seller written notice of any Disapproved Exceptions by the end of the Title Disapproval Deadline shall be deemed approval by Buyer of all exceptions to title reported in the Title Report. In the event Buyer timely gives notice of any Disapproved Exception, Seller shall have ten (10) Business Days after receipt of such notice to notify Buyer and Escrow Holder either (1) that Seller will cure or insure over such Disapproved Exception; or (2) that Seller will not cure or insure over such Disapproved Exception. Seller's failure to give such notice with respect to a Disapproved Exception shall constitute an election not to cure or insure over such Disapproved Exception; provided, however, that Seller shall cure any Disapproved Exception which is a deed of trust or other monetary lien encumbering the Property not caused by or on behalf of Buyer and any delinquent property taxes or assessments. Seller shall keep the Property free and clear of all monetary liens and encumbrances not reflected in the Title Report, except for current real property taxes. In the event Seller elects or is deemed to elect not to cure or insure over any Disapproved Exception, Buyer shall have the option within five (5) Business Days after receipt (or five (5) Business Days after the date Seller’s response was due if not given) to terminate this Agreement by written notice to Seller and Escrow Holder to that effect, in which case Buyer shall receive a refund of the Deposit and accrued interest thereon, and no party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement except those which, by their terms, survive the termination hereof.

  • EU SURVEY 5.1. The participant shall complete and submit the online EU Survey after the mobility abroad within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the invitation to complete it.
