Survey Data Collection. 1. The consultant will perform the necessary topographic ground survey, including vegetation of 12-inch caliper or greater, streams, rock outcroppings, and utilities, and any cross-sections and profiles necessary for the hydraulic design. Natural topographic features and man-made features, will be recorded by coordinates to the nearest one-tenth (0.1) of a foot. All such topographic features which are pertinent to the design or are necessary to properly show the effect of the proposed work upon the adjoining property and/or improvements, will be recorded. 2.   • Data Collection The grant recipient will be required to provide performance data reports on a schedule delineated within Section A of this contract, Specific Terms and Conditions.

  • Data Collection, Processing and Usage Personal data collected, processed and used by the Company in connection with Awards granted under the Plan includes the Grantee’s name, home address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Awards granted, cancelled, exercised, vested, or outstanding. The awardee shall not represent to respondents that such information is being collected for or in association with the National Science Foundation or any other Government agency without the specific written approval of such information collection plan or device by the Foundation. This requirement, however, is not intended to preclude mention of NSF support of the project in response to an inquiry or acknowledgment of such support in any publication of this information.
