Common use of Surveillance Clause in Contracts

Surveillance. To ensure the safety and security of our residents, a number of residential areas are monitored by video surveillance which may include residential hallways, common areas, community spaces, and office areas. Residential Life reserves the right to use video surveillance to assist with promoting the safety and security of our residents. It is a violation of university policy to tamper with safety equipment, including security cameras.
