Surroundings. Property wner and Manager make no expressed or implied warranties, promises, or representations concerning or relating to the surrounding conditions of the premises. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to use due diligence to research, observe and learn about the surrounding conditions of the Premises, including but not limited the neighborhood, schools, cell phone coverage, amenities, stores, roads, emergency services, utilities, and possible registered sexual or violent offenders living within a certain proximity to the premises. Tenant may refer to the following website(s) provided by the State of Florida and/or county: . If these websites are unavailable, it is the Tenant’s responsibility to contact the appropriate government authority or agency to obtain this information. By signing this lease, Tenant agrees either that he or she has investigated the surroundings to his or her satisfaction or waives any further investigation, and Tenant accepts all surrounding conditions of the premises as they are or may become during the term of the lease and may not terminate the lease based on the Tenant not knowing of a particular condition surrounding the premises or becoming unsatisfied or discontent with a particular condition surrounding the premises.

  • Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.

  • Dimensions Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
