Common use of Surety Obligations Clause in Contracts

Surety Obligations. Except as set forth on Exhibit 7.1.13, as of the date hereof, neither any Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract or has issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Surety Obligations. Except as set forth on Exhibit 7.1.13, as of the date hereof, neither any Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract or has issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Surety Obligations. Except as set forth on Exhibit 7.1.136.1.13, as of the date hereof, neither any Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract or has issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Except as set forth on Exhibit 7.1.13, as of the date hereof, neither any Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries Restricted Subsidiary is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract or has issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.
