Supporting partner leave. An 1. Where an employee whose or the employee's partner has given gives birth to, or is giving birth to adopts, a child, or an employee whose partner and the employee: a. is not the primary caregiver for an adopted or fostered care giver of that child, and b. lives with the child, the employee is entitled to two weeks' supporting partner 4 weeks paid leave.
