Supporting partner leave. 64.1 An employee who has at least 12 months continuous service with ▇▇▇, and whose partner gives birth to or adopts a child, is entitled to 2 weeks paid Supporting Partner Leave, within the month immediately following the birth or adoption of the child. 64.2 An employee must provide documentary evidence of the birth or adoption of the child when applying for Supporting Partner leave. 64.3 Supporting Partner leave counts as service for all purposes.
