Supported Living. Upon implementation of the rate table, the ODHS budget tool will no longer be needed for Individuals receiving Supported Living Services.
Supported Living. Services and supports provided by an agency to enable an individual with developmental disabilities to live in their own home in the community. Most often, these supports are more intensive than that of independent living services.
Supported Living. As assigned by ALTSA/RCS, Contractor shall inspect and evaluate provider compliance with care and services in CCRSS client homes and shall apply the standards provided by ALTSA/RCS.
