Supported Environment and Operations. Customer is responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of Customer's use of the Software including, but not limited to: (i) providing, maintaining and assuring proper configuration of the Supported Environment; (ii) following industry standard procedures for the security of data, accuracy of input and output, and back-up plans, including restart and recovery in the event of hardware or software error or malfunction; and (iii) maintaining a procedure external to the Software for reconstruction of lost or altered files, data and programs.
Supported Environment and Operations. You are responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of Your use of the Covered Product and its use by Your authorized end users, including, but not limited to
(i) providing, maintaining and assuring proper configuration of the Supported Environment.
(ii) following industry standard procedures for the security of data, accuracy of input and output, and back-up plans, including restart and recovery in the event of hardware or software error or malfunction.
(iii) maintaining a procedure external to the Covered Product for reconstruction of lost or altered files, data and programs.
Supported Environment and Operations. Licensee is responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of Licensee's use of the Software including, but not limited to: (i) providing, maintaining and assuring proper configuration of the Supported Environment; (ii) following industry standard procedures for the security of data, accuracy of input and output, and back-up plans if not in TRIARQ’s cloud environment, including restart and recovery in the event of hardware or software error or malfunction; and (iii) maintaining a procedure external to the Software for reconstruction of lost or altered files, data and programs (if not in TRIARQ’s Cloud environment).

Supported Environment and Operations. You are responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of your use of the Totara Software including:
5.1.1 providing, maintaining and assuring proper configuration of the Supported Environment;
5.1.2 following industry standard procedures for the security of data, accuracy of input and output, and back-up plans, including restart and recovery in the event of hardware or software error or malfunction; and
5.1.3 maintaining a procedure external to the Totara Software for reconstruction of lost or altered files, data and programs. This sub-clause will not apply to you if we are hosting the Totara Software at our data centre.
Supported Environment and Operations. You are responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of your use, and the use by your personnel, of,the Totara Enterprise Edition including:
a) providing, maintaining and assuring proper configuration of the Supported Environment;
b) following industry standard procedures for the security of data, accuracy of input and output, and back-up plans, including restart and recovery in the event of hardware or software error or malfunction; and
c) maintaining a procedure external to the Totara Enterprise Edition for reconstruction of lost or altered files, data and programs. This sub-clause will not apply to you if we are hosting the Totara Enterprise Edition at our data centre.

This Section will not apply to Customer if OPIE is hosting the Software at its data center.
