Support Covenants. From the date hereof until the Termination Time, the Stockholder shall not to take any action that would make any representation or warranty of the Stockholder contained herein untrue or incorrect or have the effect of preventing, impeding, or, in any material respect, delaying, interfering with or adversely affecting the performance by the Stockholder of his or her obligations under this Agreement.
