The Buyer or the agent of the Vessel shall give the Seller at least Forty-Eight (48) hours confirmation notice (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and during normal workdays between 09:00 to 17:00 hours by email, telex or telefax, unless waived by the Seller of the exact quantity of Marine Fuel required and the exact location and exact time at which delivery is required.
