Promptly upon receipt of a shipment, Proprius shall inspect such shipment. If Proprius does not notify ORGENTEC of any such deficiency of the shipment within 7 days upon receipt, the shipment shall be deemed approved, except for such deficiencies that were not apparent at the time of the inspection. The initial approval is however based on a visual inspection of the plates/kits and a standard QC check to assure performance specifications of a limited sample of the purchased goods are met. Any change in or loss of performance compared to the product specifications over time on the rest of the purchased plates/kits would fall under ORGENTEC\u2019S product warranty.
