If the Goods are delivered across international borders, Seller agrees to be compliant and maintain compliance with the guidelines of the applicable supply chain security programs of the importing country, e.g., for U.S. shipments, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT); for Canadian shipments, Partners in Protection (PIP).
