Common use of Supply Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Supply Arrangements. As of the date of this Agreement, to the Company's knowledge, there are no facts or circumstances that have materially adversely affected or are reasonably likely to materially adversely affect the continued supply (either for clinical purposes or in bulk) of the active ingredients of the compounds of the Company and its Subsidiaries currently used in clinical trials.

Supply Arrangements. As To the knowledge of the date of this Agreement, to the Company's knowledge, there are no facts or circumstances that have materially adversely affected or are reasonably likely to materially adversely affect the continued supply (either for clinical purposes or in bulk) of the active ingredients of the compounds compounds, product candidates or products of the Company and its Subsidiaries or any Company Subsidiary currently used in clinical trials.
