Supplies and Inventory. MANAGEMENT SERVICES shall provide and replenish, as necessary and as may be permitted by applicable law, the inventory and supplies needed for the delivery of medical services by the PC, and for the delivery of services by MANAGEMENT SERVICES pursuant to this Agreement. MANAGEMENT SERVICES shall consult with the PC with respect to the suppliers, prices and specifications of such inventory and supplies.

Supplies and Inventory. (i) Operator shall, on behalf of Owner, purchase such supplies and expendable items as are necessary to operate the Property. When taking bids or issuing purchase orders, Operator shall use its commercially reasonable and prudent efforts to secure for Owner's benefit any discounts, commissions, or rebates obtainable in connection with such purchases.
