Common use of Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Suppliers. No supplier of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments to the Company or any of its subsidiaries, other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, which cessation would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Suppliers. No supplier of merchandise products to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments to the Company or any of indicated, to the Company’s best knowledge, an interest in decreasing or ceasing its subsidiariessales to the Company or otherwise modifying its relationship with the Company, other than in the normal and ordinary course of business consistent with past practicespractices in a manner which would not, which cessation would reasonably be expected to individually or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse EffectChange.

Suppliers. No To the Company’s knowledge, no supplier of merchandise or gasoline to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments of merchandise to the Company or any indicated to the Company or an executive officer of the Company an interest in decreasing or ceasing its subsidiariessales to the Company or otherwise materially modifying its relationship with the Company, other than in the normal and ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, which cessation would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effectpractices between the Company and such supplier.

No supplier of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments of merchandise to the Company or such subsidiary or indicated, to the Company’s knowledge, an interest in decreasing or ceasing its sales to the Company or any of its subsidiariessubsidiaries or otherwise modifying its relationship with the Company or such subsidiary, other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practicesin a manner that would not, which cessation would reasonably be expected to individually or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Effect.

No To the Company’s knowledge, no supplier of merchandise or gasoline to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments of merchandise to the Company or any indicated to the Company or an executive officer of the Company an interest in decreasing or ceasing its subsidiariessales to the Company or otherwise materially modifying its relationship with the Company, other than in the normal and ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, which cessation practices between the Company and such supplier and that would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
