Common use of Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Suppliers. Section 6.29 of the Disclosure Schedules sets forth an accurate list of each supplier to the Business from which Seller purchased $100,000 or more of goods or services during the most recent fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 (each, a “Material Supplier”). Except as set forth on Section 6.29 of the Disclosure Schedules, neither Seller nor any Member has received any written or, to the Knowledge of Seller, oral communication indicating that a Material Supplier intends to terminate its business relationship with Seller or that it intends to limit any material aspect of its business relationship with Seller in any material respect. To the Knowledge of Seller, there is no past or present fact, situation, circumstance, status, condition, occurrence, event or transaction that could reasonably be anticipated to cause or result in the termination, limitation or alteration of the business relationship between any Material Supplier and Seller.
