Common use of Supplier shall Clause in Contracts

Supplier shall. 3.3.1 only involve Supplier Personnel to Process Kantar Personal Data under the Main Agreement who have had appropriate training on the care and handling of Personal Data; 3.3.2 only authorise Supplier Personnel to Process Kantar Personal Data if such person is subject to a duty of confidentiality (whether a contractual duty or a statutory duty or otherwise); and 3.3.3 ensure the reliability of Supplier Personnel to whom Supplier has provided access to Kantar Personal Data.
