Supplier represents and warrants that it shall abide by and comply with the requirements of this clause. Further, Supplier shall require its employees, agents, contract labor and subcontractors to abide by and comply with the requirements of this clause.
Supplier represents and warrants. THAT IT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO PERFORM ALL ITS OBLIGATIONS AND GRANT THE RIGHTS GRANTED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE ORDER AND THAT SUCH PERFORMANCE OR THE GRANTING OF SUCH RIGHTS IS NOT IN BREACH OF ANY AGREEMENT TO WHICH IT IS A PARTY OR OTHERWISE BOUND.
